What Does Neptune Retrograde Mean?

Neptunes retrograde started a couple days ago and I know I’m late, but I’ve been pretty busy trying to push out other content. I know I mentioned in another post, about my Saturn return in, but 2021 has some surprises for us and I would like to touch base on other planets as well; Neptune. To me Neptune is one of those dark and mysterious planets, that no average person really knows about. It’s not a planet that you can see with the naked eye so I would imagine your average Joe, wouldn’t think too much about Neptune. In my opinion, I think all the planets in outer space have a huge impact on us here on earth. So let’s dive into Neptune’s retrograde and what might be expected from us.

Since I’ve started researching astrology about a year ago, one piece of information that really stuck out to me, was that any time a planet is in retrograde, we are in a shadow period before the retrograde happens. Meaning, that even before the planet starts moving, we’ll feel the effects of that planet before the retrograde happens. Neptune is the planet of illusions and when this planet is direct (moving forward at its normal speed) we have almost a veil over our eyes. But when Neptune is in retrograde that veil becomes lifted and we can see how we have become taken advantage of. The only sad thing about Neptunes retrograde is the fact that there’s no way to prepare for it; hence the veil. During this time people may be quitting their jobs and doing things that truly make them happy. People who have a hard time setting boundaries, will be tested the most during Neptunes retrograde so a lot of friendships, relationships, and relationships with family members will be tested during this time.

Neptune’s retrograde will start June 25th to Dec 1 and will retrograde into the sign Pisces. The signs most effected:

Pisces, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius

Don’t be afraid to use Neptunes retrograde to really clean out your closet. This is a time to analyze the people that are in your life and certain habits that you may have that may be destructive to your self growth. As much as people want to talk junk about the outer planets, to me they have the best life lessons that will make us better humans.
